Eric Siverling
Eric Siverling is the founder and CEO of Crucible Group AI, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that builds autonomous operating systems for small and mid-market businesses. Before launching CGAI, Eric served in the Army National Guard, where he developed the discipline, operational mindset, and bias toward execution that defines the company today.
A lifelong martial artist with training across multiple disciplines, Eric applies the same philosophy to business: relentless preparation, precision under pressure, and the understanding that mastery is built through thousands of repetitions — not shortcuts.
Crucible Group AI was built from the ground up — no venture funding, no inherited infrastructure, no shortcuts. Eric designed, built, and deployed every system in the SARA platform, from the AI voice agent to the autonomous memory architecture. His vision: a world where every operator has access to the same AI capabilities as a Fortune 500 company.
